I am a Junior in high school and I want to began looking into different scholarships and colleges ASAP!

Can I start applying this year for scholarships or wait til my Senior year?

Is it true that each semester in college you can apply for new scholarships?

   By all means start applying now. I started in middle school. Most high schools have an office for financial aid counseling. They have books full of scholarship offers for which you can apply. Go there on your lunch breaks, and apply for anything you can find.
