Each and every student wishes to fulfill their dreams. But many of them fail to achieve what they want. Walmart, a marketing giant, reserves huge fund for these students. In other words Walmart Scholarships are available for students of all ages.

These scholarships are popularly known as higher reach scholarship, associate scholarship, family foundation scholarship and community scholarship. But there are certain criteria on the basis of which you may get these scholarships. First, you should be GED certificate holder for which you need to be graduated from a high school. Second you must have a permanent resident certificate of at least one year before you apply for the scholarship.

To get higher reach scholarship a student should be working in the Walmart Stores on part time or full time basis. Secondly he must have worked at least for one year without break. His performance should also be above average.

Walmart also offers scholarships on competitive basis for graduate and undergraduate students having Hispanic background. The Walmart scholarship amounts to two thousand and five hundred dollars.

There are some requirements to be eligible for this scholarship. The student must of Hispanic background. He should be a US citizen or at least should hold permanent resident card. An enrollment in the Masters Degree course in any accredited college or university is also indispensable to be eligible for this scholarship. The student's minimum grade point should be 3 on the scale of 4 in the first or second year of the Master's degree course.

Undergraduate student applying for this scholarship must be majoring in any of the fields such as finance, management, marketing, computer programming or computer science, electrical civil or geological engineering, fashion or electrical engineering. But for Master's level student they must be in the streams such as business, finance, construction or environment.

The purpose of the associate scholarships is to aid college bound senior students who or whose parents are employed in the Walmart. But this scholarship is given only after the recommendation of the counselors. Moreover class rank, transcripts, financial need and the activities of the student are also taken into account before facilitating this financial aid. The amount in this scholarship is two thousand dollars. High school students are also considered for this scholarship.

The community scholarship offered by Walmart is meant for high school senior students not working in the Walmart and eligibilities for it include financial requirement, good academic performance and some other academic activities. This aid is of nonrenewable category and minimum grade a student should score is 2.5 at the scale of 4. This grant is only for U.S. citizens and the beneficiary should be a full time student. Thus the Walmart scholarships are meant to aid and advance the students with the amount ranging from 2500 dollars to 500 dollars. With this amount a working student gets a well needed boost to go high in his academic career.
